"Great!" I said, thankful that this torture was about to end, even momentarily. (in case you've read my riding pg, you'll know that Flashy's canter is absoloutely TORUTING even on a normal saddle!) She clipped me on and i moved Flashy into a canter. She was a lot smoother, and it was MUCH easier.

She's right. I do hate her for that. But I try anyway, and almost fall oof right away! I manage to get myself straight again, but lean a bit too far backwards and almost fall off again! I gra the pommel of the saddle then let go hurriedly before she says anything. I stretch my arms out and try to stay in the saddle.

Smiling i say to Lilly"it will take time but it will help your balance over all".

I silently thank God she didn't ask me to close my eyes and continue riding around trying to find balance. Suddenly, her canter didn't seem quite so bouncy! I had slid back in the saddle just the slightest bit and found my balance! "Yes!" I yell, almost spooking Flashy.

"Thank you!" I said, continuing to enjoy the newly-found smoothness of her canter.

"I think so!" I said, happy with my balance. I slowed Flashy to a halt and she let me off. I moved her onto the rail and sped her to a trot. I settled into it for a minute, then moved him into a canter. I was bouncing around, then purposfully slid back the tiniest bid and *poof* it was great! I cantered around successfully!!!

"Ok, that's fine!" I said. I trotted her in a circle (yeah! I can do it!) And toward the jump. It would've been really easy on Knight and with his nice saddle, but this was a lot harder, although I didn't fall off, I made the mistake of looking at the jump instead of beyond it and we touched it, but it was nothing big. I tried it again and remembered to look beyond it and we did fine!
