I don't think they should b/c they can't have an inbox and the whole thing just seems so flakey. I think it should be made a rule that you may only have horses and such if you are a joined member!!!!!!!!!

i believe that too, b/c what if they only come on once and buy a horse and then they never come on again you will just have to sell the horse again, make sure they are going to stay and play before letting them get a horse!
